    I think i saw it mentioned by malteaser somewhere. think its bench squat or deadlift everyday for a week or somethin, anyone care to elaborate??

    Smolov jr is what you're looking for if it's the bench. It's 4x a week and runs for 3 weeks, tho if you continue to see progress may be extendable to 4.

    If you're gonna try it for the squat, you could look at the regular smolov base meso cycle too, that is to say "smolov". It's probably the hardest training cycle you can do, but in 3 weeks of training it should be good for at least 10kg on your max.

    EDIT:
    If you try to do both squat and deadlift you'll die.
    If you try to run regular smolov for your squat, and jr for the bench you'll probably die.
    If you try Smolov jr for squat and bench you probably won't die. Probably.

    If you do decide to do either of the above, focus on getting the reps and sets done. EVERYTHING else is a bonus. Light assistance work and prehab stuff's probably the best approach.
