Need to loose 7lbs by 19th June

    Hi all,

    I have lost 25 lbs + but have been waning lately and lost my mojo. Now here is the thing, I have a huge wedding coming up on the 19th of June and want to need to loose 7 lbs for it - is it possible.

    I am a female, 5 7" and weigh 10 stone 13lbs.

    I am looking for some inspiration, a fitness regime - eating plan - any help that you guys have to offer. I just need a kick up the ass - but in a boards friendly way - I don't have access to a gym.

    Yes, it's possible, but it won't be fun.

    The quickest way is a very low carb diet. You will definitely lose 7lb on that. But you have to accept that some of that weight will be water, and will go back on as soon as you start eating carbs again.

    I have been taking the slender excellerate range for 10 weeks...Slender clense(Detox) 4 the first week and then the Tabs after every main meal since...green tea based so I'm hoping they're natural...I take the Slender Night 3 to 4 hours after last meal at night...also started with thier tea a few weeks ago but not sticking to that really....
    I try to walk or run every nite for 2 miles or 35mins...porridge 4 breakfast with honey...coffee....bananna or apple mid morning...chicken pieces/tuna and salad for lunch....salmon,chicken,white fish and brown pasta/rice (some kinda frozen veg) for dinner and tea with a low calorie biscuit for a treat.....Drink 2 litres of water a day...
    The odd slip with a glass of wine...tryin hard not to.:p
    My reasoning behind this ?....I dont know if this stuff works but when you spend the cash on the different items and do the exercize its a gr8 deterent from slipping....lost 21lbs so far ....2 per week approx...
    You can go get a BodyWrap too...they rec 3 in the run up to the wedding....all this costs cash but it just depends on you and how much you really want it but at your height and weight you sound perfect to me :)....Good Luck !!!!
