I got stopped for using the mobile phone on the 13th of March,letter arrived about 2 weeks later,being completly honest I simply forgot about it until today,my question is if I pay now will it save me having to go to court?Thanks.

You have a max of 56 days to pay the fine, by my rough calculations you are well over that
