Ladies, do you use shaving creams or gel? If so which is the best? Does it make any difference?

    I use conditioner.

I use hair conditioner too. I actually find it works much much better than any gel/cream I've tried :)

The conditioner doesn't "gum up" or dull the razor?

I use baby oil. It gets your legs really smooth. Yes it does gum up the razor a little bit but i just push it forwards on the palm of my hand (opposite way to how you would shave) and run it under water.

I like the Gilette for women pink shaving gel. Some of my mates use conditioner but I quite like the gel :)

Conditioner or 'King of Shaves' is really good (Get it in Boots).

I use the Palmolive Men's sensitive skin shaving foam. At EUR 1.50 it's much cheaper than the Gilette women's equivalent, and gives the same result. Manly smell though, so then just wash using normal shower gel/soap afterwards to eliminate that. I also find conditioner very good, wind up using that in the gym most of the time.

Conditioner? Really? Any particular brand? And any way to apply it or just lash it on like the shaving gel?

Easy? In what way? Ya think dragging a blade across your face and neck each and every morning is easy? :)
And when we nic outselves we can't just hide the cut under a pair of jeans, oh no, we have to endure the delights of walking around with bits of bloodied tissue stuck to our chins. Easy indeed!;)

I'll try using conditioner for a shave to see how it works out but I have a feeling that I'll be back with the trusty badger bristle brush and leathered soaps.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

sorry oldgoat, cant begin to imagine how difficult it is for you guys
with your shaving cuts etc. its just that from a womans perspective
"the lads"have been given an easier time of it generally by the MAN
with the rule book. best of luck with the conditioner ,
