    Could somebody please tell me a good weight to lose weight in they gyms , what machines i should use and for how long

    To lose weight you need to do cardio (running, threadmill, anything that makes you break a sweat), and you also need to do some resistance training (free weights, weight machines, resistance bands, etc).
    How much of both depends on your current fitness level, your goals, etc.
    Make an appointment with a trainer in your local gym and they can give you more info.
