Can Read Cant Write?? HELP

    I have always used ImgBurn to do all my burning but a friend suggested alcohol 120 as they reckoned id like it more

    i gave it a blast and it wasnt for me, i prefer ImgBurn, so i uninstalled alcohol120 and now im am not able to burn any ISOs or anything else at all?

    it was suggested to delete upper/lower filters in regedit, there werent any upper or lower filters to delete...
    i tried to do a firmware update, there isnt any update for my dvddrive...
    i even reinstalled the OS and i still cant write to dvds, anybody outthere that can help me out?
