    I am looking to get a UK geographic landline number, preferably a London number. Can anyone recommend a service provider that offers this service?

    Try Blueface. They can provide number in many places.

    Tesco UK are selling a cheap headset for £5 and that includes £2.50 worth of calls. They also do a duel phone (landline and voip usb) for around £35. You can get a geographic number with both. I dont think you can use it with an ATA.
