My First Classic

    Well after looking around for a suitable classic I finally set my mind on the Scimitar.
    Found this one on Ebay and bought it from seeing only thumbnails.
    Picked it up in Oxford and it made it without a problem all the way to Cork.
    Bit of work to be done but loads of history and lots of mechanical work done already:)
    3 Liter ford Essex V6 fitted with leather interior electric windows, bit of a dodgy sunroof and a wonderful growl out of it :)

    Looks good. Be very thorough in going over the chassis. That's where those give trouble. They rust/rot. Electrics can be iffy too.

    Essex V6 is a great old engine.
