Don't want the smallest or even the lightest, unlike here
Just something that will fit in a pocket, and which my puny arms can use to get the tyre pumped up to something good.

is what i have, the dual head is pretty unnecessary and no doubt add's weight, but its small (i do have it attached to the frame mind), and its very easy to get 90+psi with it (one of the high volume/pressure switch pumps)

I stand by my Lezyne mini-pump, and my arms are as puny as yours (maybe even more so).

How about I let the air out of your tyre tomorrow, somewhere around wicklow, and let you try it out?

Got a link to it? Maybe we can try it on your bike ;)

Its a brilliant pump, its around 30-35 at cycleways too if you are in town. Bit on the heavy side too.

wrong link! wait! - Edit, no its the correct, has a presta valve as well.

    Take your pick

I have the air drive small, might be worth switching to medium, would still fit in a pocket and you obviously benefit from increased volume per stroke.

Have the same puny arms problem, so I just went lazy and got the gas cylinder one from Lidl. €12 and it's done me great for about a year now.
Although the cylinders are considerably more expensive than the free air you use in normal pumps.

There was something in What Mountain Bike this month about a mini-pump with a wee little leg on it so you use it as a tiny track pump. It looked very impressive and won the mini-pump group test. Can't remember what it was called now, but I'll take a look in the magazine again later

I think you are reffering to this one: http://www.evanscycles.com/products/topeak/mini-morph-pump-ec007782

I see that Raams search for a "good pump" (geddit) is now thread of the day.

I had that pump. It was very effective. It was also very heavy, very bulky, very ugly, very likely to leap from its frame mounting (when in search of a good pump never underestimate the importance of proper mounting (matron)), and eventually the valve head fell apart. If I ever see that monstrosity strapped to a cervélo the owner will be getting a swift kick to the nuts. A kick or a silent shake of the head that would fully convey the ugliness and stupidity of the world we live in, our inability to change it and a stoical resolve to let it go. One or the other.

Had that crank brothers one too. It lives in my chrome bag. 115 psi me arse. 60, 70 tops. Mid forties judging by the way the OP needs to constantly pull his armwarmers up.

I have this one now. Best I've owned so far. Unlike some other things in life, long-and-thin does the trick.

I'll have you know, I open the jam jars in this house. That is one of the pumps I was thinking of buying, but tis not gonna fit in the pocket.

Oh, we don't buy jam any more.

Actually this is the one I have (well, actually actually it's a bit longer than that one) - toppeak seem to make the same one in every size from a pocket-compatible 222mm all the way up to a fredtastic Mark Cavendish special. Same ultimate top pressure acheivable, just more strokes required. Matron. My one is about 35cm long. Matron. I think Ken has a smaller one. Matron.
