Barbell workout - popeye effect

Been using weights for about a year now, im 26, 12st 3. Ive had decent success building muscle on my arms, nothing huge or anything, just a bit of muscle and good toning.

First of all i know i dont work the arms correctly, in that i dont work all the parts of the arms. I do barbell curls, wrist rolls and tricep kickbacks. Im wondering whats a good exercise for the muscles around the elbow because ive noticed that there dosent seem to be any muscle improvement in that area. This is because i obviously havent been doing an exercise to grow it, hence the popeye like effect.

Any tips or advice on whats a good exercise. Also i find myself having only small success with buidling up the forearm with wrist curls with a barbell, any other great exercises for the forearm?

Google barbell exercises and do some shoulder presses and barbell rows if ya want you arms to have any hope of getting bigger.

One thing I'd reccommend is chin-ups, they're a great excerise and I'm seeing a good improvement in mass on my arms from doing them. They're excellent for building general strength and as such, size.
