Trailtrekker 100km

    Is anyone on here interested in running the trailtrekker 100Km?

    It's a 4 person team- 30 hours cut off - need to raise E2000 for the team to enter.

    Not running this but will end up doing the walk as part of a team my bro has started. Anyone else doing it?

    I was interested to see this event here. In Australia it's a 448 hour cutoff, but the course is very hill and tough. Year I did it we finished in 42 hours, but we had a 130kg guy in the team who slowed us down heaps and stopped to sleep.

    I figure that Australian Ironman cutoff if 15 hours and a lot of the rest are 17, so maybe we are tougher at IM! :p It's a wonderful experience and I looked at the site, but reckon you would have to be running some of it for a 30 hour cutoff.

    It's an amazing experience but takes a lot of work to raise the money, especially in the financial environment here currently. We got a telly really cheap and sold of 'finish times' allowing 15 mins slots - was rather embarrassed when our son won it! :D
