Had you considered Bastille day in France on the 14th July?

Ryanair flight to La Rochelle and stay here or hire a car and head to nearby seaside villages.

Alicante/Murcia/Malaga - Fly into any of these places and look to book somewhere about an hour away from any of 'em.

www.doyouspain.com usually have good deals on car hire
