Gym goer that has fallen off the wagon

    ah ok what can i say about myself i was an avid gym goer about 12 mths ago, but have fallen off the wagon... What do i want to achieve loose weight, tone up and be fitter for my cycling. can anyone help me with a gym routine. I am starting this weekend after i overcome this swine flue and an exam. :)

    age:-27
    height:-6ft
    weight:-12.5 stone
    bf:-have no idea at the moment but not on the healthy side.

    Try using an online body fat calculator. (type into google). It'll give ye a rough estimate.

    Well least ye know what ye want to do. Thats a start
