Can anyone get this on NTL/UPC? I can't see it listed as available on upc.ie.
I know you can get it on Sky, but I don't wanna go that route. Are there other options? I really should post this in the TV forum :) but maybe some other cycling fans have already checked this out?

I just figured paying for the player was the easiest way of getting it.

Would one need a super fast internet connection for it? Mine is pretty shabby.

I didn't know there was cycling on eurosport 2. It's really annoying, most of the big climbs have been done with only 2 hours of riding to go in a lot of the stages.

I'm quite fond of the tennis, better spectator sport than cycling anyway.

I have the same connection as you ( i think ) Irish broadband 2megs which is quite sh!te, but I have no problems watching the live player at all.

not sure what speed mine is. I went for the cheapest option. Is that what you have?

I have the 2nd cheapest @27/month and it's surprisingly not that slow for streaming. I am the only one using it so I am plugged in directly to the modem. I stream Eurosport, other online channels with no problem at all.

The cheapest option is actually 19euro, which isn't that much less than what I have. Go on upgrade, cycling deserves it.

Is it worth it? Is there much cycling on ES2?
I think I read that you can replay stuff that was on earlier?

Sorry to dig up an old(ish) thread but just to let you all know that Eurosport 2 has been added to the channel line up on UPC digital as of today.

No more missing some two wheeled action while some other crap is on Eurosport.

btw:found this out on Boards and not through work.
