    Hi All

Just wondering has anyone any experience of the IQS method. I have provisionally booked for the treatment but am a little apprehensive in the sense I don't believe anything will rid my desire to inhale nicotine.

Link to their website if this helps?

    used to think that too.

the answer is not smoking rids your desire.

Took the plunge, I am now off them 1 week 5 days. The physical need is gone but I find myself missing the habit. I associate certain environments/things/situations with lighting up. I was a smoker who loved it and promoted it, I thought I could never quit. I was wrong- thankfully. Fingers crossed I can keep going.

Still off em. Had a puff of a joint a few times though and worried that this may drive me back. It hasan't though and I feel as though I'm over the worst.
