Dolan Mythos w/105 price

Hi there,

Looking for a new bike and came across the Mythos frame mentioned in a few older threads here. I've trying to get an idea of pricing...quoted in Irish shop around €1600 for the Mythos frame to be built with full 105 set.

I've had a look online and it seems like the price varies greatly...http://www.formbycycles.co.uk/product/3559/Dolan_Mythos_105...these guys seem to have it much cheaper.

A bit confusing just because it's comparing builds which vary a bit and I'm not too sure whether the 1600 is reasonable, slightly overpriced or extortionate

Would appreciate any guidance on this, or if anyone can recommend Irish dealers...

To buy here in Ireland you will need to shell 1600 ish big ones unfortunatly, its what you can haggle drag or beat out of the bike shop owner is where you might benefit slightly...... like i felt lucky enough when I ended up getting an upgrade to Ultegra on the chainset and rear mech ,Look classic pedals (dont forget you dont get pedals with bike), and 2 Zefal carbon bottle cages for original price.......... AND I GOT BUILT AND READY FOR NEXT DAY.....which is pricless..... Hate that waiting 7 - 10 days... if.... in stock ****e.....

finally last word I feel it was worth every single euro.... what a super bike

Thanks, that's great...its easy comparing like with like on the premade bikes but I just wanted to make sure I wasn't getting ridden too hard on this one...

PS Very important point to remember on this frame is geometery sloping top tube im actually on a 52 cm frame as opposed to 56 or 57 cm on standard frame it rises to 56.something so be careful you dont buy oversize.....if you buy via internet

Yeah I had read that review before...it sounds good, I like their price even more

which have a Mythos at £1000...am I missing something very obvious to have such a price difference from the shops here (allowing for conversion & shipping)?
