Help with planning new workout routine

    Well i've been going to the gym for about 2 and a half months now and wanna change my workout routine

    here is the one i am currently on -
    Monday – chest / triceps - Bench press, Incline press , Decline press, Triceps extension , Dips

    Tuesday –legs - Squat , Leg press , Leg extension,Lunges, Calfes

    Thur- back/ biceps - Dead lifts Chin ups, Lat pull down, Seated rows, Dumbellscurls , Preacher curls

    Friday – shoulder -Shoulder press, Front raise, Side raise, Upright row ,Shurgs,


    i do every excercise for 4 sets with reps of 12,10,8,10 adding weight for the first 3 and dropping down for the last...i'd like to stick to that

    if anyone could do out a new exercise routine for me sticking to the same principles for the bodypart for day it'd be much appreciated
