Stupid Cubase Question

    Ok, I know this should be obvious, but I just started learning on le 4 and the display that shows what you're recording is moving at an insane pace, so that what I record plays back fine, but is displayed all stretched out. I'm not sure how else to explain it other than the bar that starts moving when you press play/record is going waaaay too fast. How can I fix it????!!!

    do you mean you're zoomed in a lot? this would cause the curser to look like it would move faster than usual and would explain why everything looks stretched out.

    in the bottom right corner of the arrange area there should be a + and a _ button. hit the minus one a few times, might sort you out.
