    Is there a way to check how many days of free texts uve got left?

    yeah did that it only texts you back telling you to text 'free text' or '5c calls' to signup or to text 'text bundle' for 150 texts,doesnt say how long you have left :(

    Are you sure you texted exactly the word "info" without the quotes? That looks to me like a default message you get when it didn't understand the request. It definitely worked for me before but I'm on bill pay now so I can't check.

    Is it working for anyone else?

    When I was on prepay, I used to top up online using my Bank AC.

    I can easily go and check when I last topped up then from my statements.

    After you top up they send you a text saying you have free calls and texts for the next 30 days,keep that message and when you need to know just dig it out.

    You get a message after 28 days that it'll run out in two days.

    Or just save the message they send you to drafts. Then you can still empty the rest of your message folders.

    Call 1905 and ask.

    Check if you still have the message they send after you top up by €20.

    Check on your dialled calls list when you last called 1741 to top up.

    Look at your call details online to see the last time you called 1741.

    If you topped up online or by atm, check a bank statement.

    Can't think of any more options after that. Best bet is to call customer care on 1905 though.

    They don't always send that message as I found out to my cost once. I lost €80 euro credit by taking it for granted that they would send the "you need to top up" message! Unbeknownst to me, my free texts expired and I carried on as normal and used all my credit!

    Oh yeah, the texting "info" to 50104 only applies to the older promotions. Not the annoying genie ones.
