Be wary of doing hurdles on wet grass if not wearing spikes.

Thanks guys, she trains on grass, she has community games coming up in June so I guess it would be a good idea to get her the spikes now.

One more question, sprint shorts or regular G.A.A. shorts for hurdles ?????

If it is for community games it will have to be runners as u-12s are not allowed wear spikes.

They can wear the shoe of the spike but not the metal spikes in them as they are for some reason considered dangerous for u12s.Its nearly the same thing as telling an u12 soccer player he cant wear football boots, ridiculous but its one of those odd community games rules.
