    Well,
I scratched our new semi solid pre finished oak timber floors last night with a little stone, scratched across 7 boards,
Does anyone know what i can do to repair or fill this without affecting the whole floor?
    Thanks

I have repaired minor scratches and dings with plastic wood (the solvent based product in a tube), sand lightly when dry and touch up with clear nail polish! It's not a perfect repair but with a little care I've found it very effective.

Surface scratch in the finish not a gouge - a sharpie of a similar colour. Make sure to wipe off the excess on the surrounding finish.
