Monitor - quick!

Right I'm on the lookout for a new monitor. The specifications I'm looking for are:

19-22"
Widescreen (16:10/16:9)
2ms response
Preferable black
As close to €150 as possible but may go over.

If someone can provide a site with independent reviews on monitors that would also be great.

Most monitors are 5ms response rate 75mhz refresh rate .I doubt if youU can get a 2ms monitor 4that price.Google monitor review uk,vga monitors maybe abit cheaper,as opposed to dvi/vga dual input.I think 5ms is fast enough 4anyone 4normal use.Unless you are a professional 3d designer or video editor.
CAN the human eye differentiate between 2ms and 5ms response ?

Cheapest I have seen thus far 169. Got one myself last weekend and have no complaints thus far and any reviews I read were pretty positive. Still in the process of building my PC but it looks great on my Xbox

20" samsung for 159, no HDMI but ticks all your boxes by the looks of it.

Both of these are 1920x1080 and will play HD without lowering resolution, for this reason its pointless buying a 22 with 1680x1050 res IMO
