    My mind is blank. Heather Locklear was in it.

    Name was something like Thomas Joseph Prostitute but imdb brings up nothing.

    The 80s was the worst decade for US cop shows

    Its a roll call of bad stuff apart from Hill Street Blues. Oh, Magnum could be quite good fun.
