hi my problem is that i a very close friend of mine and his memory is getting increasingly worse

he is still young he is in his 40s but he is very stubborn and if i asked him staright to go to see someone about it he would either ignore me or get angry

i am very worried about him and he has become so hard to be around he will lose his temper all the time and will ask the same questions several times, he also watches films and tv shows and swears he has never seen them before but he has and then gets angry at us for saying he has

i honestly dont know what to do anymore and i am very worried does anyone have any advice please??

    thank you.

Speak to his family and family GP. Denial like this is common in alzheimers, dementia and with other types of neurological damage. Next time they have to visit the Dr for something, or perhaps the Dr can call them in for a checkup, then they'll be able to refer your friend to a neurologist.
