Street name experts?

    Actually also handwriting experts view wanted.I'm trying to decipher this street from an old marriage cert,I originally thought it might be something abbey,looking closer it kinda looks like alley,but an address at 66 something alley street doesn't sound right. I don't know old street names in Dublin but I know quite a few posters here do,so any help appreciated. Also csi handwriting experts might throw their eye on it. I'm 99% sure it's a dublin address,because there is no mention of another county on the cert.

    PS,ignore the part over the black line on right.
