Help ideas needed for surprise 30th bday on a budget!!

    Hi all

    Im In desperate need of ideas for surprise 30th bday, having a bbq bout 25 people coming and only two weeks to organise!

    Have a shoestring budget as himself was recently let go but really would like to have a special party for him (hoping might cheer him up after being let go!)

    Has anyone and ideas for party, a theme, or ideas for entertainment in fact any ideas at all would be appreciated!!:):)

    Also any idea how much food beer etc would be appropriate? im totally clueless:confused:
