This is for model 2000-2003 (Not sure about facelift)
take headlamp unit out.at the rear of sidelight there is a cover which when turen anti-clockwise will come off.them prise out the bulb & holder with small screwdriver(if necessary):)

Yip, the facelift is the same. You need to remove the grille, should be a screw that will losen ot the top the the bottom is a couple of plastice clips, that tend to break. Then at each headlight you will find a "clip" on top at each side. These just slide up and allow the headlight slide forward, leaving the housing of the head light. You will then be able to acess all the bulbs.

Walk away from the pliers!!!! There is a plastic clip on the wiring block. This will slide out. The Pliers will cause more damage than good....

The bulb has just become very tight in the fitting. you will most likley (and gently) need to use a small flat head to push them apart.
