The RTE player shows mainly home produced shows, plus some soaps. You won't find ER there. You won't find instructions for watching online here, I'm afraid. Its against the charter.

Well if ya cant tell me about sites I can watch it on (which imo is a little odd), does anyone know what channels show ER and might be behind RTE for showing ER, I think channel 4 is ahead of RTE

I've no idea where RTE are up to but you can legally watch with Channel 4's 4OD. Currently episodes 15.17 - 15.21 are available. Be warned, there's a 2 line summary for each episode on this link that may contain spoiler's.

Just looked it up and looks like it was "What We Do" Episode 18 on RTE 1 last week so you're sorted.

Sorry, thought they would be showing ER on RTE:P because they show Greys Anatomy, wierd that they dont. Try looking up if it's repeated on RTE2 or More4

No its not, its just available in the UK.

We aren't allowed to talk about ways of getting around this or certain sites that show the show but thats not to say they don't exist.

4od works for me on evary thing and dont no why

4oD works fine in the Republic of Ireland and is available to us for free.
Some people seem to have problems using it, but I honestly have more problems using RTÉ player than I do using 4oD.

I tried it last night, and couldn't play ER. It said that "this service is not available in your area". I'll try the downloadable app tonight....

Happy Days. Downloaded Channel 4od thingy, registered and everythin works fine. 100% sure there is nothing illegal about it.

It's such a shame Catch Up no longer works in ROI.
