    Hi,

My brother is currently uploading all his cds onto Itunes and I wondering if its easy to up hard drive to 500GB from 145GB. Currently our P.C. is 145GB and the spare drive is the reboot one.

By the way the P.C. is Windows XP

    Thanks

easiest way is to get an external hard drive

next option is to fit it as a slave drive , open the case first to make sure you have room and since XP you may need to check if IDE or SATA is needed

third option to clone everything from one drive to another is messy , you might as well do a fresh install on the new drive and use the old one as backup
