Hello boys and girls,

We have another slot open in our practice room, the basic agreement is this:

* you can use the room 2 days a week no limit of time (rent is pay by month)

*included in the rent there is a free recording

*we provide a full drumkit and pa ( we are working out a bass amp and guit amp).

*you can visit the room before hand.

*we can keep stored there for you a couple of guit amp (no drumkit)

*we are located in drumcondra road close to city center ,parking space available,close to the bus stop 11/13A/41ABC/33/16a/3.

*toilet available

We prefer to rent by the month but if you are interest in just one day jam we can offer a pre-production day recording, please send me a PM for info about it.
