    Looks like Berne is set to be Leinster's backup outhalf for next season, provided Sexton keeps his place as number one.

    I don't know enough about Berne to pass judgement on him as a player, but he has obviously been released from Bath for a reason... If Sexton fails to perform for any reason next season, could we be found lacking in quality cover at 10?

    Well if he is being signed as out-half cover its a definite sign that Sexton is viewed as no.1 for next year imo.

    Its only as cover for Sexton.
    I havent seen him play but have heard he is a good pro,so hopefully he does a job for us.

    He's also another ex Tah afaik. So familiar with Cheika, etc.
