5K race in Sept/Oct

    Anyone know a good 5K race planned for September or October, preferably in the west or midlands (any day) or even north or east (at a weekend) ?

    By 'good' I mean reasonably fast course, not very hilly, proper measurement and organisation (not necessarily chip-timed). Hoping to run under 19:30 by then.

    There seem to be plenty of 5Ks on now, but I'm not ready, and there are plenty of longer distances later in the year, probably to catch people preparing for DCM.

    Any one else? I had planned on a 10K that day but I can always find another, seems like a real shortage of 5K's then.
