I think its a little unfair to say Matthew is getting this fight because of his bro. Sure he fights on high profile undercards becuase of Ricky and his fights but in terms of landing a fight with Judah I think he has well and truely deserved it. I mean what has Judah won in the last 4 years that outshines Matthew?

Their wins are on par and you could make an argument that Hatton is doing a little better. The losses tell a different story and as we know Judah has been mixing with the best of the best.

Matthew lost to Watson and Bosorth whereas Judah lost to Mayweather, Cotto, Clottey, Baldomir and one no contest. He has only 3 wins from his last 8 but all his losses are to world champions.

Career-wise there is no comparison but in terms of recent success its fairly even. Hatton will go in the big underdog no doubt but he deserves this shot. He is doing well for himself.
