Is skys customer service to ROI subscribers as craptastic as it seems ?

    Hi,

    Is skys customer service to ROI subscribers as craptastic as it seems or am I missing something? I signed up for the basic 'Variety Pack' and am pretty sure that the salesman said all I would loose from my existing NTL analog package was Setanta but that I would get a load of additional channels. I didn't pay much attention to the exact channels listed as I assumed it would all be listed in detail on their website. After half an hour on their website though I can't find a single word to confirm that I will get RTE TG4 TV3 etc., scouring the interweb I found posts suggesting that I probably will, but is skys service to ROI customers really that appalling that they don't even have the courtesy to include a simple list of the product they offer anywhere on their website???? Anyone know where there is an up-to-date list of what exactly I will receive with my Variety Pack subscription ?
