Just a quick question. Is there anywhere in Dublin Airport where you can smoke after you go through security?
    Cheers

Nope afraid not. Recently we were delayed for a few hours and we were able to go out thru passport control and back in thru security. Don't forget your boarding pass!!

    No.

Unfortunate really but then again most international airports rarely have them, save for the further East you go.

Amsterdam has these little cabins like enclosed bike sheds over by gate 55 which have massive suction fans inside to suck the smoke away which unfortunately has a tendancy to smoke the cigarette for you.

Suck down a few smokes before you go through Im afraid.

Apparently, the bar in the new area leading to Piers A and D will have an outside area..but as it stands, there is currently none.

I am recently back from Singapore airport and they have smoking area's all over the place, lots of shops and great restaurants. A simply amazing airport.

    Outdoor smoking areas also.

Even McDonalds had an outdoor smoking area.
