Hey, just a quick question here on behalf of a freind o mine. He has a cheap e drum kit, i think it is one of the old fame ones from music store. Problem is that it doesnt take double kick though so hes interested in buying a new pad for the bass drum(this one:http://www.thomann.de/ie/roland_kd8_vdrum_kickpad_trigger.htm).

The question is what type of connection does this pad have comiong out of it. As far as i can remember his drum module has a 1/4 inch regular jack input. Will this pad work with the kit?

    I'd imagine its 1/4 inch - especially as it's a Roland.
