So I'm alot more productive at work lately...

the whole office got called up on internet usage there last month.. i came in at 2nd highest out of 45 with 99% of it being on boards.ie

so along with my daily post count dropping, my work has got a shítlot better.. actually concentrate on work instead but it's pretty boring now.


so anyone else in here get in trouble cause of boards.ie ? :P

Last time I had a job where I wasn't working for myself I told them I wanted to be able to use the internet a bit every day for personal use - they didn't have a problem with it... ok well I asked if it was OK to use the net for personal use. Said as long as I didn't take the p1ss it was fine (boards.ie/email was the first thing I opened in the morning and last thing I closed in the evening :pac:)

In a way a miss the place (was only 6 months work placement for college)

Ya, I don't see anything wrong with being able to browse at work. I don't take the pi** though. If i've got stuff running in the background that i'm waiting on i'll browse away. So I don't think no internet would make me more productive, infact probably the opposite.

i cant get onto non-work related sites at my work :eek: though to be honest i think its a good thing really cos im so easily distracted i'd never get my work done :P
