    Cheap? No.

    It's priced well though.

Looks like a UK import to me. Check (and verify) the service history, and run a full HPI check under the old UK plate. Seems like a nice car, though.

Ya its not a bad price.

Not bad, but for the amount of them around its not a steal.

Nothing to write home about, price wise imo. It is a 6 year old car remember.

Ha, yea I thought that was weird. Looks like an import all right. Trying to get pics of the interior and the service history will be important because the mileage seems low.

    Thanks for replies.

    Same guy has a 02 1.4 petrol for 4950. I would have expected a 03 tdi to be worth a lot more than 1000 above a 02 petrol ?

Went to see this car a while back, it's a bit dodgy if you ask me, mileage is AWFULLY low, after checking the ad again, i'm pretty sure it doesn't have 77,000 miles on the clock, its far lower than that.

anyone find it unusual that it has a fully colour coded exterior AND base spec rear lights?

Yeah that is strange alright you would expect the gti rear lights with the colour coded bumpers.

Price resonable but in todays market i would say you would get it even cheaper

Was going to get get one in the UK but this seems like good value.

You would have great difficulty importing one of these from UK for that type of money. Golt TDi's, old shape, make mad money. A 03 TDi Match with 56k miles on it made 4200 stg plus fees at auction earlier this week. and a 03 GT TDi with 61k miles made 5200 stg plus fees. Auction fees in UK approx 250 stg.

Prices obviously not including transport, VRT, servicing, warranty etc.

Makes that one look very cheap indeed.
