    Hey,

I once had this amazing soup in a hotel. I have no idea what it was called but some of the ingredients I could identify were:

    Coconut milk
    Lemongrass
    Chilli of some variety

Just wondering does this ring a bell with anyone as I would love to get a recipe for it.

    Thanks

It sounds Thai. It could be Thai Chicken Soup, although I've had it before with prawn and it's equally as good. There's a recipe here.

Could be some type of Tom yum

Could equally be Thai Pea Soup. What colour was it? Was it chunky or smooth? Was it broth-like or thicker?
