    Hi

    Got one of these from iBood - anyone used one before? Doesn't come with a disk so there is no way to transfer files onto it. THe sandisk website doesn't seem to know that this model exists - in the US it is wifi enabled with no video playback - the one I have plays videos nd has no wi-fi.

    Tried downloading samsa media converter - doesn't recognise the player. Tried downloading firmware updates - doesn't recognise the player. Player does not show up in MY Computer but charged okay.

    Any ideas?
