    15: Francois Steyn(SA)
    14: Joe Rocococko(NZ)
    13: Brian O'Driscoll(IRE)
    12: Luke McAllister(NZ)
    11: Bryan Habana(SA)
    10: Daniel Carter(NZ)
    9: Fourie Du Preez(SA)
    1: Tony Woodcock(NZ)
    2: Too tough to call
    3: Carl Hayman(NZ)
    4: Victor Matfield(SA)
    5: Paul O'Connell(IRE)
    6: Rocky Elsom(AUS)
    7: Richie McCaw(NZ)
    8: Sergio Parrise(ITA)

Overall this would be a dominant team. It was hard not to have Nonu at 12 but McAlister offers more versatility with his skillset. 15 was a tough one but Steyn can change a game, and is a very exciting player overall. Could not believe that there were no SAFers in the back row, Kankowsi, Burger, Smith and Spies could all have been in there but I am a huge PArisse fan, Rocky is on fire at the moment and no team is complete without The King. Hooker was a hard decision, or lack thereof, there are no real standout hookers at the moment in world rugby.

Monty's hung up his boots so he's hardly the best in the world anymore.

McAlister would start ahead of Nonu if he was playing at home too so i'd go for him. Oh and switch your Props.

Not sure McAlister would be ahead of Nonu these days. Nonu has been really superb for about the last year, he's got a much more complete game now, not just crash ball every time. I'd have him ahead of McAlister personally. It'll be interesting to see what Henry does when the 2 of them are available.

To see a team with Elsom, McCaw, Morltock, O'Driscoll and Giteau in it would be unreal.

Not a chance. Nonu is having the season of his life.Hes the top try scorer in the super 14 and has developed into a world class player.
McAlsiter will play 10 while Carter is out and then go to 12 and Nonu will prob go 13.

    Caucau at 11 imho...

I was tempted because he is doing well this year again for Agen but Naps Nalaga is probably the best winger in the world this year.

For anyone that doesnt know him ,he plays for Clermont in France.
This year he has scored 20 try's in 19 matches breaking the record. He played 7's for Fiji but is uncapped in Union and France are going to try and play him in the next few years.

He is some player but try all they like France wont be playing him if he has played sevens.... same as with Warwick and Mafi, once ya play sevens ya can only play for that country.

    Unless the rules have changed????

I wouldnt let him look at a rugby pitch, let alone play on one. The guy is a penalty machine at international level. Woodcock would eat him for fun

Players shouldn't be allowed play for an adoptive country if it was pro rugby that made them settle there. I have to say I wouldn't be too happy if Mafi played for Ireland.

Its a much argued point that one but in fairness they get picked a fairly young age to get an education and are obviously good at rugby. It is a bit liike drift net fishing, bring over thousands and then you get to keep the quality.

He is the replacement but If McAlister is allowed to play he will probably sneak his way in,he is a class act.

I also think the way he has learned to control games a bit more in the NH,with it being a slower game will stand to him if NZ want him to play 10.

Dont really understand how you can have the beast close to woodcock. He is good in the loose but average in the scrum?

Thats true, he's a pretty average scrummager, but he is outstanding in the loose, worth his place at loosehead for the boks this summer alright, but not in a world XV

Ive just watched alot of him and liked his work in the the loose. He can hold is own in the scrum.granted hes not as good as woodcock, just like his general play.

Ive only seen some of McAlister's games this season, but did he not play alot at 12?
