    section 2 damage cost €3500 happened over xmas i'm in court next wk just want to know wat could happen.. i cant come up with any compo? i can have most of it by the end of the summer tho wats the scenario's? :confused::(:(:confused:

    If you can explain this to the judge and you have no previous then he will convict you and prob defer sentencing for a few months to allow you compensate the victim. Then he will decide on your sentence etc. But thats up to the Judge

    €3500 is a lot of damge I am afraid so a slap on the wrist in unlikely.
