Travel Insurance

Hey all, just wondering if anyone has used worldnomads.com travel insurance before? And if so, what were the pros and cons? I'm looking to travel through all major areas, including America, Canada and the Carribean - the three areas that make a policy way more expensive.

worldnomads seem to be much cheaper than the alternatives, but that usually means something is lacking...

Any info is greatly appreciated - and in case anyone is going to suggest it, I'm not going anywhere without insurance!!

Just after getting travel insurance through 123.ie. Found them to be very competitive and did'nt seem to be missing anything (I took the Gold option, double the price of the entry level insurance, but with 3 kids under 5 didn't want to take any chances:))
