Try disabling the RF2 power output (Services, 401, Select, RF Output), and save settings. Then go back in and turn the power back on again.

    Worth a shot anyway.

Have you turned on the RF2 power?

[press Services, then 4 0 1 Select, which brings you to Installer Menu. Choose RF output option and enable RF2 power, then save your settings.]

Not necessarily I'm afraid as i have seen lots of cases were picture was perfect but link did not work because of poor connections. Are you using F connectors where the cable is joined?

What make is your 4 way magic amp...I would suggest bypassing it and connecting just the room you are having trouble in...see if that works if so connect back the magic eye amp and see if your still having trouble..
