So thats it for another season. No House MD all over the summer months, (well you can watch it now over here) so what are people watching or planning to watch now? I'm not really a big TV person, apart from a fw must see shows like House, it's sports, shows about diggers the size of Malta or something to do with monkeys.

    Any suggestions?

I haven't seen it yet, but I've heard promising things about Lie To Me - just started on Sky. Starring Tim Roth, so it can't be bad ;)

aye pretty much anything with Roth in it will be good.

Anyone heard much about the new Josh Whedon show, Dollhouse?

Yeah watching that at the moment its quite good.

I'm going to give Chuck a go aswell.

I'd recommend Dexter. Up to season three now but the first two are the best.

Have only watched snippets of Dexter, might take this as an opportunity to check out series one.

Dexter & Rescue Me, after that I've Sons of Anarachy to go through. don't know what it's like though. Dexter and Rescue me are both excellent in their own right.

    Cheers

yeah Rescue Me is an exceelent show. I watched it for ages, then it kinda fell away and so did I, but latest series is fantastic. Shall be purchasing all the box sets from the States later in the year for a marathon re-run.

i purposely let season 3 of dexter continue without me paying attention and also Ashes to Ashes.

So after ignoring any possible spoilers I'll now sit down and watch them, rationing them out to a episode every 2 days until House returns.

failing that I have been lent a copy of the first season of The Wire so when I run out of the other two I'll move onto that (or start with it)

also I gave the pilot to Glee a go last night. which i sort of liked some bits and disliked large chunks of other bits (most notable all the characters)

god damn it I normally rely on Doctor Who to get me through this spot.

I'm giving the Mentalist a shot. Not sure of my thoughts on it yet but I'm keeping an open mind. It's not bad! Also in the middle of season 3 Dexter so I'm kept busy.

I like "The Mentalist" but i prefer "Lie To Me" much more now.

I recently bought the first season of "The Wire" everyone i spoke to about it said it was incredibly addictive so im going to give it a shot.

I also forgot to recomend Damages - Amazing show, gripping and incredibly well written.
Glen Close is fantastic in it.

Am watching every season of house thats been shown at the min, and Loving it! Loving Dexter too. Thanks for the tips re other good ones, Damages and Lie to me look interesting, might have to check them out. Anyone else got anything good to suggest? Nothing could beat House of course, but at some point my interest in watching re-runs will possibly run out (although Cameron and Thirteen defo keep the interest value up) so will need some replacement! Help!

Hmmm have my blackboard and chalk out asking myself how would House break the rules and make them Hot??????????

Guess he would just pour boiling water on them or set their bed/office/cat on fire:)

bit disapointed in series 4&5,Still good but going a bit downhill from 1,2&3.anybody agree?

also i have seen it reported that Hugh Laurie is depressed? His appearance on Jonaton Ross seemed to confirm that a bit ?

must go,I have to check out and smell a pair of Thongs:D

Mystik Monkey beware I have a bit of dandruff belong to You! I can tell from it what Your favourite soaps are= I may take away your remote control :D
