Staying on in Australia

    Cldnt find a suitable place for this so feel free to move it...

    My sister got a 2 year work visa in 2007 and just to be different and unique she went to Australia with a few buddies etc. Now that was in Nov. 2007 and her visa is up this November but she wants to stay on..but she cant get proper info where she is as everyone has different stories

    As she is bone lazy she expects us to find out what the story is..and my mother is harassing me to find as I have easy and quick access to the internet.

    So basically how does she stay on? We would all love her to stay there as she would only be coming back here to go on the dole.

    ps..in tandem with her laziness all she did was some bull**** childcare study course with a VEC after Leaving Cert (she is 23 now)and she was worked in one menial job to another in Sydney. At the moment she is doing barwork..so she was no qualifications.

    I've been watching people I know do this for the past few years - gain no qualifications, trade or experience but just flick from each easy-going job to the next to save for thailand/bali/Oz/NZ, go travel til the money runs out and then return and repeat. I had been thinking that I was kidding myself with college and work, but I'm glad I took the route I did.
