I have been given an old Dell Latitude Laptop CPX .

It has 12GB HD and 128MB Ram.

It also has Windows XP OS
It only has one USB connection and I dontn think it has a Wi-Fi card
I dont know if it can be used as a wired laptop , as I thinkm it may need a PCMIA card

Is it ready for the skip , or should I spend some money on it ?

Here is a review I found on eBay about this partucular Laptop

Can it be used for what exactly? For certain things, yes. Most everyday word/excel/internet/movies etc... probably not, but you could hook it up to a large hard drive and use it for bit-torrents or eh..some kind of file server etc. I dealt with a lot of CPX's before, I hate them.
