    Hi there.

I'm looking for some advice about counselling and anger management. I have some serious issues I'd like to see someone to talk about regarding anger and how it's affecting my relationship and just to have someone to talk my issues through with and learn how to deal with them all positively. I'm at risk of losing my family because of this and I can't let this happen. If anyone has any knowledge of free counselling services on the northside of dublin it would be greatly appreciated.

The best route to take is via your GP. They will be able to decide the best course for you and organize a psychologist appointment for you.

    Good luck =)

HI, just read your post. You should look up your local group of MOVE. Persumming you are a male. It is a fantastic organisation which brings you throught the steps of recognition and taking responsibility for your anger. I am not sure where they are located on the North of the city but a local Family Project or citizens advice should be able ot help you.
