MF DOOM & MF GRIMM Feud

Okay... Its hard to find information on this, but from what I have managed to piece together is:

MF Grimm feels that Doom sold out with Dangerdoom (MF Grimm feeling that Dangermouse is a commercially inclined pop producer) and that Doom betrayed their view with that collaboration.

Anyone able to fill in the gaps? Or elaborate? And tell me why MF Grimm removed all of Doom's production on American Hunger?

Give this a read. It's mainly about MF GRIMM but it's a good read. Page 3 or so of the article gets more into the beef.

I think GRIMM came out of the whole thing looking worse off. His camp release 3 or 4 different disses, the later ones being done by no name emcees who I doubt ever met him and were just in it for the publicity.

They obviously had a falling out of some sort. Happens all the time. I like both artists (Doom more than GRIMM but I've bought a couple of his disks all the same) and I'm not all that interested anymore. Neither seem that fussed at this stage anyway.

Actually according to a few boards and youtube the word is they reconciled, but I would like some official clarification on this.

And the only reason I really care is they are both great rappers and producers and they both are quiet unique, I would love to see a proper collaboration. (Unlike MF EP, which really was just a filler album for the two.)

Their styles were never really compatable. They both have wildly different styles, delivery and content. I don't think they mix well at all.

I just hope he has another Vaudeville Villain or Madvillainy in him. Couldn't give a **** about his live show, or wether he's a nice guy or not. I just want good records. Born Like This and Dangerdoom didn't float my boat at all.
