    Hi,

Im setting up a pool tournament in work and need some help from people who have done this type of thing before!
Basically we have one table and about 30-50 that could play. We can only run this for one hour during the day or after work.(which wont be popular)
There is only two ways I can think of - A knock out or a league (similar to a football league) that awards people points per games won.

    Does anyone have any advice?

    Thanks

Definately do it as a knock out competition. It would take forever if you had it as a league.

Do best of 3 until you get to the quarter finals, then best of 5 for the semi final and best of 7 for the final, or something along those lines.
